Branislav Hesko is an actor who plays small and supporting roles. He has been very interested in movies since childhood. He also looked up to his father, who was an amateur actor and appeared in the film *Zypa Cupak* (1976). Branislav made his film debut in 1999, appearing in the film All My Loved Ones alongside Libuše Šafránková and Josef Abrhám. He also appeared in the film A Knight’s Tale, where he starred alongside Heath Ledger. In 2002, he appeared as a Nazi soldier who captured Colin Farrell’s character in the film Hart’s War.
In 2018, he played the role of a postman in the film Toman, which takes place between 1945 and 1948 and tells the story of Zdeněk Toman, the then-head of Czechoslovak foreign intelligence, and his influence on the communist coup. Branislav has also appeared in numerous commercials, such as for the Slovak bank VÚB, the telephone operator O2, and the discount supermarket chain Lidl.
