Under the name Artagent, manager Lenka Daňková provides comprehensive services to the actors she exclusively represents, whom she carefully selects and values both artistically and, above all, as people. She works with each actor according to their individual needs, while also fostering a team spirit among them so they can support and motivate one another. The goal is to provide fast and transparent service both to her acting clients and to the production companies, producers, and directors who work closely with them. Thanks to her previous work abroad, she routinely communicates in English and German and draws inspiration from international trends. That is why she also educates actors outside her agency through consultations and lectures, so that even actors without an agent can navigate the practical aspects of their artistic work, become self-sufficient, understand contracts and terms, and know how to promote themselves. Through education, transparency, networking, and communication, Artagent is building a network so that artists and production teams have someone to turn to when they’re unsure of what to do and need help.
