Biography
Daniel Svoboda is a Czech stage, film, and television actor.
In 1996, he joined the Horácké Theater in Jihlava, where he played more than fifty theater roles during his eight-year tenure. Since 2003, he has been working in Prague without a permanent engagement, and in recent years he has appeared most frequently on the stage of the Kolowrat Theater.
In addition to theater, audiences can see him in film and television projects such as: The Laws of the Wolf, Sea in the Courtyard, The World Beneath, Cuckoos, Anatomy of Life, Cyril and Methodius, Long Live the Knights!, and others.
Since 2008, he has been actively involved in stage fencing and began collaborating with the professional groups Merlet and Maledictus. Under his direction, fencing-theater projects such as Midnight Hunter and Time Machine were created, which have been successfully staged at international festivals.
