Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava
He was born in 1979 in Ostrava, where he also studied acting at the conservatory. From 1997 to 1999, he held his first engagement at the Silesian Theater in Opava. Starting in the 1999–2000 season, he became a member of the drama company at the South Bohemian Theater in České Budějovice and a regular guest with the theater’s opera company. He has been a member of the Divadlo pod Palmovkou since 2013.
Selected roles: Leonardo (F. G. Lorca: Blood Wedding), Othello (W. Shakespeare: Othello), Tomáš Říhal (W. Shakespeare: Twelfth Night), Rudolf (G. Flaubert, I. Klestilová: Madame Bovary), and others. In the TV series Vyprávěj, he plays the character Jaroslav France; he also appeared in the series Proč bychom se netopili.
