Biography
/CZ/ Tomáš Adel is a graduate of the Acting Program at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theater at DAMU, where he is currently pursuing his master’s degree. He performs at the Dejvické and Stavovské theaters, at the revolving auditorium in Krumlov, and with the Veselé Chvíle troupe at Divadlo X10, and has experience working on both Czech and international films. In addition to acting, he is involved in music, physical theater, and the study of foreign languages—he is a polyglot, fluent in English, German, Chinese, and Spanish, and claims, with a touch of hyperbole, that he can communicate in any language. In his free time, he enjoys video games, running, cycling, and calligraphy.
/EN/ Tomáš Adel is an acting graduate from the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU (Academy of Performing Arts in Prague), where he is currently pursuing his Master’s degree. He performs on several prominent Czech stages, including the Dejvice Theatre, the Estates Theatre (National Theatre), and the Revolving Auditorium in Český Krumlov. He also collaborates with the Veselé Chvíle ensemble at Theatre X10. Tomáš has extensive experience in both Czech and international student films, having worked with directors such as Kateřina Konrádová, Šimon Fridrich, and Li Boqiao. Beyond acting, his artistic focus includes music and physical theater. He is a dedicated polyglot, fluent in Czech, English, German, Chinese, and Spanish, playfully claiming he can find a common language with anyone, anywhere. In his free time, he enjoys gaming, running, and calligraphy.
